What is your return policy for training equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chalk or nutritional supplements once opened.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like barbells and plates?
Standard shipping for heavy equipment typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I know which shoe size to order for CrossFit training?
Most of our training shoes fit true to size, but we recommend checking the specific size guide on the product page, as some models have a wider toe box for stability during lifts.
